Welcome to Vanbert Aviation Group. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vanbert Aviation website, mobile applications, and all related services provided by Vanbert Aviation Group, LLC. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Vanbert Aviation Group, LLC is registered in The Commonwealth of The Bahamas and operates as an air charter broker and aviation marketplace. We facilitate connections between travelers and certificated air carriers but do not ourselves operate aircraft.
Platform refers to the Vanbert Aviation website, mobile applications, and any associated tools or services.
Client or You refers to any individual or entity that uses the Platform to search for, request, or book aviation services.
Operator refers to the FAA Part 135 certificated air carrier that operates the aircraft and provides the actual flight services.
Charter refers to the booking of an entire aircraft for private use.
Shuttle refers to shared seat flights on scheduled routes operated by our partner carriers.
Empty Leg refers to a repositioning flight offered at a reduced rate when an aircraft must fly without revenue passengers.
All bookings made through the Vanbert platform are subject to aircraft and operator availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from Vanbert Aviation, which may be delivered via email or through your account dashboard.
Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of service booked. For full charter bookings, the following general terms apply unless otherwise stated in your specific booking confirmation:
More than 72 hours before departure: Full refund minus a $500 administrative fee.
24 to 72 hours before departure: 50% of the total charter cost is refundable.
Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund is available.
Shuttle seat cancellations are subject to a flat $150 cancellation fee if cancelled more than 48 hours before departure. Shuttle bookings cancelled within 48 hours of departure are non refundable. Empty leg bookings are generally non refundable due to the time sensitive nature of repositioning flights.
Vanbert reserves the right to cancel or modify any booking due to weather, mechanical issues, safety concerns, or regulatory requirements. In such cases, we will work to rebook you on the next available flight or provide a full refund at your discretion.
All pricing displayed on the Vanbert platform is quoted in United States Dollars unless otherwise indicated. Prices for charter flights are estimates until a formal quote is issued and accepted. Shuttle seat prices and empty leg prices displayed on the platform are final at the time of booking.
Payment is required at the time of booking confirmation. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and ACH payments. For charter bookings exceeding $25,000, a 50% deposit may be required at booking with the remaining balance due 48 hours before departure.
Additional charges may apply for special requests including but not limited to catering, ground transportation, customs handling, overnight aircraft positioning, and international landing fees. These charges will be communicated to you before they are incurred and require your approval.
Vanbert Aviation Group acts solely as an intermediary between you and the aircraft operator. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vanbert shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our platform or from any flight booked through our services.
The aircraft operator bears full responsibility for the safe operation of each flight, including but not limited to crew qualifications, aircraft maintenance, regulatory compliance, and insurance coverage. Vanbert's liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.
Vanbert does not guarantee specific departure or arrival times. Flight schedules are subject to change due to weather, air traffic control, maintenance requirements, and other factors beyond our control.
Vanbert Aviation Group, LLC does not own or operate aircraft. All flights arranged through the Vanbert platform are operated by independent, FAA Part 135 certificated air carriers. Vanbert acts exclusively as an air charter broker and aviation marketplace.
In accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, Vanbert discloses that it is not a direct air carrier. The air carrier providing your flight maintains its own Air Carrier Certificate and operating authority independent of Vanbert Aviation Group.
Every operator in our network is required to maintain comprehensive liability insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000,000 per occurrence. Vanbert independently verifies operator certifications, safety records, and insurance coverage on an ongoing basis.
Your use of the Vanbert platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the Vanbert platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Vanbert Aviation Group reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
